Following a successful kitchen fit for their daughter the year before, the Kerry family asked Sam to manage and carry out a full kitchen renovation in their own home. This was a complete transformation—from initial strip-out to final finishes.

Sam removed the existing kitchen and flooring, arranged for all necessary trades including plastering and electrical work, and installed new LVT flooring throughout. The new kitchen, designed and supplied by Howdens Joinery, featured sleek grey cabinetry and doors, paired with warm oak-effect laminate worktops for a clean, modern look.

New skirting boards and internal doors were also fitted throughout the home for a cohesive finish. In a clever reuse of materials, Sam even refitted the old kitchen into the garage, giving it a second life as a practical workspace.
